Jay
President
Jay Kumar is an experienced Technology Leader with 24 years of Software Engineering expertise. Over the past 16 years, he has focused on Data Technologies, Enterprise Architecture, and Organizational leadership.
During his 12-year tenure at Nielsen, Jay successfully led the multi-billion dollar Data Analytics division for the US Television Audience Measurement sector. He has implemented cost-effective open-source solutions with quick response times.
Before joining Nielsen, Jay served as a Consultant on significant projects for Clients such as North West Airlines, Ingersoll Rand, and News Corporation. He completed the CTO program at the Wharton School of Executive Education and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
Anshu
Vice President
Anshu is an industry veteran with more than 24 years of experience, making significant contributions to multiple startups. He possesses a wealth of knowledge in areas such as Product Management, Roadmap development, Product Lifecycle Management and Data Analytics, covering a wide range of domains.
Notably, he played a pivotal role in the groundbreaking launch of India's first ever Mobile Money Product during his tenure with IBM.
As a Scrum Certified Professional, he leverages Agile methodologies to drive successful product development while harnessing the power of data. He is a certified Data Analytics Professional with expertise in extracting valuable data-driven insights to propel strategic decision-making. He is an alumnus of NIT, Jaipur and FITT(IIT, Delhi) .
